There’s always something to worry about when you’re a parent.

In today’s hectic world, even young children can struggle to find calm and the resulting rates of stress, anxiety, and depression are climbing ever higher.

A holistic approach

A regular yoga practice provides a holistic approach to good health. Whilst strengthening the body, it helps to strengthen mental well-being, building resilience, self-confidence and inner peace.

Tools for life

Starting a regular yoga practice can help you feel confident that you’re giving your child tools to build skills they will need to face the challenges ahead with resilience and confidence.

Community

With half termly parent and child yoga and wellbeing, Greenshoots children’s yoga sessions thrive on a supportive atmosphere founded in community, respect, and joy. Sessions are crafted to bring messages of courage, compassion, and hope as a backdrop to strengthening yoga and mindful breathwork.
