1. Exercise daily

2. Do yoga daily and practise mindful breathing

3. Write-express yourself, for example by journalling your thoughts

4. Keep consistent bedtime routines; eg going to bed at the same time, dimming the lights before bed and avoid sugary snacks and devices with blue light emission

5. Carve out time to do things that feed your soul, e.g dance to uplifting music, read, create, play a musical instrument
